Utter crap seems to be the way to follow up on one of the best utilities every released for Android. Deluxe Ultra Voice Changer is a dollar off today, making it the shittiest free app of the day in the Amazon Appstore.
There isn't much to say positively about this app. Its an ugly looking UI and the app hard functions. Though this 'paid' version has no ads and 23 different voice effects. Atrix users are outta luck as the developers knows about a bad bug preventing quality recordings.
